Planting Requirements:   Plant 6" deep and 4 - 6" apart. Avoid wind swept areas. Could plant near a warm wall to extend hardiness, in some cases to zone 6.
 
Soil Requirements:   Well drained.

Unique Characteristics:   Slightly ruffled, extremely colorful florets in a staggered arrangement up a single stem. Blooms from close to the base of the stem upward therefore extending the life of the flower in the garden setting or cut flower arrangement.
 
Pruning:   Only to cut back spent flower stems.
 
Time of Pruning:   After flowering
 
Additional Information:   To extend bloom time, plant bulbs every 7 - 10 days. Smaller corms or bulblets take more than one season to produce blooms.
